The Can-Am NEXT program is a groundbreaking development platform aimed at cultivating future rally drivers, navigators, mechanics, engineers, logistics, communication specialists, and other key team roles. Open to young crews (ages 18-25) from around the world, this program provides an opportunity to kick-start their careers in the T4 category and progress to higher levels.
