Return policy
Legal Framework
This return policy has been drawn up based on the force legislation and may be updated without prior notice.
Free Cancellation and Return
The Customer has the right to terminate the contract without incurring any costs (other than the cost of returning the product(s)) and without having to state the reason, within fourteen (14) days, starting from the day on which the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the product(s).
Thus, in the case of exercising the right of free resolution, any purchase made in the Site may be returned up to 14 days after being received. After this period, it will not be possible to offer a refund or exchange of the item(s).
If the Customer wishes to exercise the right of free termination of the contract, they must complete and deliver any unequivocal statement of contract termination. The Customer can, by contacting South Worx Lda. Within the above-mentioned period, request the Free Cancellation Form or explicitly indicate via e-mail info@southracing.com that they wish to terminate the contract.
The contact made by e-mail must refer to the following data:
● Name of the recipient;
● Telephone / cell phone contact;
● Order number;
● Date of order;
● Date of receipt of the order;
● Number of products and/or services purchased.
Upon receiving the request for free contract resolution, a response will be given as soon as possible in order to expedite and schedule the collection of the product(s) purchased.
Conditions for returns
For a purchase to be eligible for return, the purchased items must be in the same condition in which they were delivered. They must also be returned in their original packaging and without signs of misuse or mishandling.
Products considered perishable and electronic cannot be returned.
The return should always be made to the merchant and never to the supplier of the products and/or services.
Once the returned product is received, it will be carefully checked. If the product meets the above requirements, a refund will be issued, or a replacement product sent - according to the Customer's choice.
Documentation
In order for the return process to be completed, the Customer will need to include submission of the purchase invoice, proof of payment, and the return form.
Refund
The refund of the amount of the product(s), as well as the delivery costs, will be total within 14 days from the date we are informed of the decision of free resolution.
SW Parts Lda. is not obliged to refund additional return costs with a different, more expensive method of collection of the product(s) than the one presented by us.
In the event that the collection of the product(s) from the Customer is requested by SW Parts Lda., the refund process will be initiated upon proper acceptance of the product(s). The Customer will be notified by email regarding this process.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used by the Customer in the initial payment, unless expressly agreed and the Customer does not incur in any costs as a result of the refund.
If the Customer does not receive a refund within the indicated period, they should try to re-check their bank account. If they still do not confirm the deposit of the amount, they should also try to contact their bank manager. If they still have no feedback, they should try to contact the bank. After these steps, they can contact us at info@southracing.com.
Exchanges
An exchange is only accepted when the order is defective, incomplete, incorrect or with damages resulting from the delivery. If the Customer wishes to exchange an item, they must contact us by e-mail at the following address: info@southracing.com.

Offers/Gifts
If the item was offered/Gift, it will only be accepted for exchange and upon presentation of the respective gift receipt.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs initially paid will be included in the amount to be refunded, as presented in the force legislation in the Decree of Law No. 24/2014 for EU customers.
If the Customer wants a different collection method than the one defined by SW Parts Lda., the Customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs related to returning the product to the store, whether for return or exchange purposes.
We cannot guarantee that items will be returned or that they will arrive in the same condition as when they were shipped.
International returns
In the case of an order delivered abroad, the return process is done based on the conditions mentioned above.
